Role overview
We’re looking for a Middle PPC Manager to drive growth by running and testing campaigns fast and effectively. You’ll be part of a lean B2B marketing team, responsible for managing budgets, launching experiments, and optimizing paid channels for ROI.
Remote. Full-time or Part-time, both works.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B channels.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team.
- Manage budgets effectively with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to generate new ad concepts.
- Stay up-to-date on PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
Must-have skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).
- Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI in B2B campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics/Tag Manager.
- Ability to design and execute A/B tests across campaigns.
- Taste in ads’ design and copy.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other niche B2B channels.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Creative mindset for ad copy and visual briefs.
- Experience in SaaS, creative services, or e-commerce marketing.
