What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)
- Build high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and industry tools
- Support outreach campaigns (email & LinkedIn) with accurate, segmented lists
- Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to find new leads
- Update and maintain CRM/ATS data
What We’re Looking For
- 0,5+ years of experience in research, lead generation, or SDR-type tasks
- Interest in tech, startups, AI/ML, or recruiting
- Upper-intermediate English
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
