Job Description
We’re looking for a strong Product Manager with iGaming Operator and affiliate marketing experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands how iGaming Operators work in practice and is excited to build an AI-first SaaS product, embedding AI directly into user workflows and the product UI.
You will drive product strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Who we’re looking for:
- AI-Driven Product Development — Define and deliver AI-powered features embedded into the product UI, focusing on automation, insights, and decision support for iGaming Operators.
- Define & Drive Strategy — Own the product roadmap for Operator-focused features, aligned with business goals and real user needs.
- Customer-Driven Innovation — Work directly with iGaming Operators, conduct interviews, gather insights, and prioritize based on impact.
- Agile Execution — Drive a product-led development approach in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
- Market Research & Analysis — Stay up to date with iGaming, affiliate marketing, and tracking trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work closely with engineering, data, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Measure & Optimize — Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously improve the product using data.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management in a product
- Hands-on iGaming Operator experience is required
- Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven product features is nice to have (e.g. automation, recommendations, insights)
Skills
- Strong product discovery and delivery skills (interviews, prioritization, validation)
- Solid understanding of affiliate traffic, FTDs, attribution, CPA / RevShare
- Ability to turn complex business problems into clear product requirements
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Advanced English)
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
