- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital or gaming industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Very task/ goal oriented and pragmatic person
- Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
- English level: B2
Your Responsibilities:
Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
Lead the development of user-centered products by translating insights and feedback into features that enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, compliance and other teams to execute product initiatives efficiently.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and roadmap changes.
Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
