We are a global creative group, founded in 2008, working in the advertising services industry. We have 300 employees across offices in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia.

We partner with brands like Nike, HSBC, L’OrΓ©al, Meta, Johnnie Walker, Costa Coffee, and Tripadvisor. We combine creativity, strategy, and technology to help them. Our services fall into three main areas: Open Ideas, Smart Ecosystems, and a Tech-Enabled Production Stack.

Our Open Ideas services include brand, cultural, social, and comms strategy; community insight, calendars, management, and reporting; and creative campaigns, content, creator work, and design.

Smart Ecosystems focuses on CX strategy, covering lifecycle mapping, behavioral design, service design, and research. We also offer membership services like loyalty strategy, channel development, content publishing, and AI-driven personalization. We handle product innovation, including experience design, design systems, rapid prototyping, and web/app development, alongside technology modernization for strategy, stack deployment, architecture/engineering, and AI automation.

Our Tech-Enabled Production Stack covers various forms of production (originate, co-create, generative, adapt), full-service production (film, still, photography, audio), licensing (photography, video, audio, GenAI), talent sourcing (creators, filmmakers, photographers, specialists), and automated adaptation (localize, personalize, resize, optimize).

We also work with associated companies. Untold Fable is a content production company that helps brands localize, personalize, and optimize content. We use Otomo technology, a production automation tool, to deliver client projects as a managed service, or it can be licensed directly. W/robots is an offshore studio that delivers technology, web development, and UX&D projects, offering specialized skills for specific capabilities or end-to-end projects.
