We are a design and technology company founded in 2005. We offer digital design, web development, brand identity, technology solutions, digital transformation, and experience design. Our services also include user experience, product design, brand and communications strategy, social media, content production, research, testing, full-stack development, business transformation, and quality assurance. We have over 300 employees, including designers, strategists, engineers, and writers. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing team members to work from anywhere in the United States, with offices in Portland, OR, and New York, NY.

Benefits & Perks

We provide a flexible, hybrid work environment. Our benefits include comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, with options for alternative and naturopathic care like massage and acupuncture. We also cover transgender care (including hormone therapy and gender-affirming surgery) and fertility treatments. Employees can access Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), a monthly WFH & Wellbeing stipend, and mental health support.

We offer unlimited vacation time, team days off, company-wide closures, and paid holidays. Primary caregivers receive 16 weeks of paid and protected parental leave, with an additional 8 weeks of protected unpaid leave. Secondary caregivers get 4-6 weeks of paid leave. We also provide dedicated private lactation rooms and contributions for dependent care. Hardship leave covers medical, bereavement, and other serious circumstances.

For retirement, we offer 100% 401K matching up to 4% of eligible compensation, with immediate vesting.
