Meet Your Team: Demand Integrations

The Advertising Solutions Department builds the core technologies to help mobile publishers acquire the right users for their apps and games. The team is proud that adjoe’s software – developed 100 percent in-house – manages, provides, and analyzes advertisements for more than 200 million daily mobile users.

adjoe’s Advertising Solutions department builds modern user interfaces and software and powers its analytics in the dashboard with state-of-the-art databases like Druid. All to give advertisers and account managers the insights they need. The team provides statistical data via a dashboard in order to supply our partners with valuable insights.

As part of the Advertising Solutions team, the Demand Integrations team is responsible for core logic of our advertising platform: campaign distribution to find the best combination of advertising campaigns for end users. For this we leverage machine learning models built by our BI analysts and data scientists

The Demand Integrations team also handles integrations with our external partners like our attribution partners – MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.) or aggregators working with the advertisers using our platform.

What you Will Do:

  • Serve as the strategic link between our business stakeholders and our technical teams (Backend Engineering, Data Science, and BI). You will lead regular alignment syncs, capture business needs, and translate complex feature requests into precise, actionable technical requirements.

  • Champion the validation of new business concepts. You will proactively design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure the real-world KPI impact of new features and matching strategies before scaling them globally.

  • Steer the agile development lifecycle for the Demand Integrations team. You will guide the team’s progress, champion rapid iteration, and make the strategic decisions necessary to continuously optimize our high-throughput campaign distribution logic.

Who You Are:

  • You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. (Bonus points if you have a background in ad-tech or have partnered closely with backend and data-heavy teams)
  • You aren’t expected to write code, but you are right at home discussing backend architecture. You grasp the fundamentals of data pipelines, system latency empowering you to have meaningful debates with the development team and properly weigh technical debt against business value.
  • You have a proven track record of leveraging A/B testing and experimentation to drive product strategy. You know exactly how to define clear success metrics, analyze KPIs, and confidently pivot based on what the data tells you.
  • You are a digital native who speaks the language of both business and engineering fluidly. You excel at closing the gap, aligning what the business envisions with what the technology can actually execute.
  • You take deep ownership of your product. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and making the objective calls needed to balance incoming business requests with the long-term technical integrity of the platform.
  • You possess concise, direct communication skills. You know how to align, motivate, and guide interdisciplinary teams, cultivating a thriving and collaborative environment even as project requirements evolve.
