Empowering Future Leaders in Investment Management

Aristotle is a majority employee-owned investment management firm with over $100 billion in assets under management, serving institutional and advisory clients around the globe. Our firm specializes in equity and fixed income portfolio management, and we’re proud to offer a dynamic and immersive eight-week summer internship program designed to cultivate talent and provide hands-on experience in the investment industry.

Program Overview

From June 22, 2026, to August 13, 2026, interns will gain exposure to real-world business operations, collaborate with experienced professionals, and participate in targeted training sessions. This is a paid internship offering $25/hour, with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 to 5 days on-site per week.

Interns will:

  • Contribute to meaningful projects and business initiatives
  • Engage with senior leaders across departments
  • Attend professional development workshops
  • Build valuable skills aligned with their academic and career goals

Data Integrations & AI, Los Angeles, CA

Service Desk, Los Angeles, CA

Cybersecurity, Los Angeles, CA

Enterprise Apps & Strategy Delivery, Los Angeles, CA

Trading, Newport Beach, CA

Human Resources, Newport Beach, CA

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for motivated students who are:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2026
  • Pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields (other majors welcome)
  • Maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • At least 18 years old; by the start of the program
  • Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for the full duration of the program
