Property Recruiting Coordinator
The Property Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Asset Living recruiting team and partner with Community and Regional Managers across all Asset Living divisions. In this role, the Property Recruiting Coordinator will manage key administrative tasks that keep the hiring process running smoothly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage external and internal job postings within the applicant tracking system.
- Solution inquiries through the Talent Acquisition Fresh Service ticketing system.
- Generate weekly & monthly reports for Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Write and maintain job descriptions.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing team to address reputation management on specific job boards.
- Manage candidate emails and voicemails, forwarding them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
- Assist Talent Acquisition leaders in presentation preparation.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to build relationships with Community and Regional Managers
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high – volume recruiting environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking system experience preferred

Asset Living is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role. A reasonable estimate of the range is below.
