You will maintain operational integrity through robust training and scorecard management, acting as the strategic ‘connective tissue’ that transforms R&D breakthroughs into commercial victories
Key Responsibilities
Monitor industry trends, competitor landscapes, and global branding to identify growth areas and inform the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Initiate ROI analyses and long-term opportunity vetting to justify new solutions and market entries.
Manage regional scorecards to monitor budgets, KPIs, and deployment constraints, ensuring accurate forecasting and quarterly reporting.
Align solution-selling across key stakeholders (retailers, brands, apparel & footwear factories)
Partner with commercial leads on pipeline growth.
Develop end-to-end solution plans and comprehensive sales collateral packs for high-visibility retail and venue environments.
Own the regional training calendar and educational resources for local commercial and factory teams to ensure seamless solution adoption.
Collaborate with PLM and R&D to validate new technologies, surfacing “Voice of the Customer” feedback to drive market-right product development.
Coordinate with business units to ensure hardware/software synergy and maintain quality standards across net-new installations.
Cultivate deep working relationships across all levels of customer organizations to drive entrepreneurial speed and global consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record in retail operations, business development, or product strategy. Experience in factory solutions and technical selling is highly preferred.
Demonstrable experience managing global, cross-functional teams and a natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “intrapreneurial” environment.
Ability to translate complex customer objectives into clear solution requirements and deliver technical product training.
Strong understanding of finance and ROI analysis to justify business cases and strategic investments.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to champion projects and influence stakeholders vertically and horizontally across the organization.
Professional polish in written, verbal, and virtual formats; comfortable leading high-impact selling events.
Ability to travel frequently and lead impactful virtual or in-person marketing and sales events.
