We’re hiring a Legal Counsel to join our team, providing legal support across all business areas of a growing SaaS company. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in technology. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on diverse legal fronts, supporting both strategic and operational demands while helping strengthen our legal foundations as we scale. A typical workday might include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts across different areas of the company, with a focus on partnerships and licensing;
- Acting on due diligence processes (suppliers, partners, and clients);
- Drafting legal feasibility opinions;
- Supporting contract management across all business areas;
- Handling demands related to privacy and data protection;
- Providing cross-functional legal support to business teams;
- Developing and improving Legal Ops practices and processes.
Indispensable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with an active OAB registration;
- Fluent English;
- Fluent Portuguese;
- Previous experience in litigation (considered a plus for bringing a strategic perspective to contracts);
- Experience with SaaS and partnership agreements;
- Knowledge or experience in LGPD and compliance;
- Collaborative profile, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in continuous learning and growth.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in technology companies or startups;
Previous experience with partnership agreements;
Interest in Legal Ops and legal process automation;
Spanish proficiency.
