We’re hiring a Takedown Operations Analyst to design and execute effective takedown strategies against complex and persistent online fraud and abuse scenarios. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating technical, legal, and operational challenges in cybersecurity. You’ll be part of a specialized Takedown team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to protect our clients’ digital assets. A typical workday might include:
- Analyzing complex abuse and fraud flows and defining takedown tactics for high-persistence cases;
- Continuously refining takedown templates and reporting methods, ensuring compliance with international jurisdictions (such as DMCA and copyright) to maximize conversion rates;
- Proposing and implementing improvements in internal tools, automations, and takedown methodologies;
- Maintaining strategic relationships with hosting providers, registrars, and registries to accelerate removal SLAs;
- Acting as a technical focal point for the team, supporting the resolution of high-criticality tickets or cases with legal complexity.
Indispensable Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity topics such as fraud, phishing, data leaks, and digital abuse;
- Background or practical knowledge in Digital Law, LGPD, GDPR, Intellectual Property, Networks, Information Security, CSIRT-related activities or DNS (domains, registrars, registries, hosting providers, or internet infrastructure).
Bonus points if you have
- Education or certifications in Law or Information Security;
- Advanced Spanish skills;
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL for takedown performance analysis and simple API-based automations;
- Ability to draft abuse notifications based on international legislation (DMCA, GDPR), in addition to the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
