About Binance Square
Binance Square aims to be the one-stop social platform for the latest trends in Web3 and crypto. With a vast selection of content from renowned crypto experts, avid enthusiasts, and trusted media sources, the platform serves as a bridge between content creators and their followers, customizing users’ feeds based on their respective engagement history. Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and expanding a global network of crypto content creators, KOLs, and community leaders, guiding them to join Binance Square.
- Support creators throughout the entire onboarding process, including communication, documentation, and basic product guidance.
- Track and analyze content performance and community feedback (e.g., engagement rates, growth metrics) to provide data-driven insights for content strategy and growth.
- Assist in planning and executing online events such as AMAs, live streams, campaigns, and regional community operations
Continuously monitor crypto trends, hot topics, and emerging creators across global regions including CIS, LATAM, SEA, MENA, etc.
- Support daily team operations and project execution to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in Crypto, Web3, and content communities.
- Experience in Web3, crypto industry, or internet content platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with at least one regional market (e.g., CIS, LATAM, Southeast Asia, Middle East) creator ecosystems or community environments.
- Multilingual abilities preferred for better communication with internal & external stakeholders, including but not limited to: English + Chinese/Spanish/Russian/Portuguese.
- Strong communication, execution, and project management skills.
- Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.
- Experience in community operations, content creation, or KOL collaboration is a plus

- Understands “growth” and “content ecosystem” beyond just business development execution.
- Is eager to participate in global market expansion with cross-cultural communication awareness.
- Stays sensitive to crypto industry trends and continuously identifies potential creators.
- Having hands-on experience managing social media accounts such as Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok.
- Experience organizing or leading AMAs, Spaces, live streams, or similar events.
- Established creator or community resources in specific regions (e.g., LATAM, CIS, SEA).
