About the Role
We’re hiring an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage a network of micro and niche creators that amplify Wing’s recruitment campaigns and attract high-quality applicants. This role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and briefing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic, high-performing content that extends reach, improves brand credibility, and drives qualified leads into the talent pipeline.
₱40,000 - ₱60,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit micro and nano influencers aligned with Wing’s employer brand, tone, and candidate demographics.
- Manage the end-to-end creator partnership cycle — from outreach, negotiation, and onboarding to campaign delivery and performance reporting.
- Develop and distribute creative briefs and content guidelines that ensure brand consistency and recruitment relevance.
- Coordinate content deliverables and review materials for compliance, quality, and message accuracy.
- Collaborate with Talent Marketing and Employer Branding teams to align creator campaigns with ongoing recruitment initiatives.
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, and applicant quality) to measure ROI and optimize future collaborations.
- Maintain an organized creator database, tracking contract terms, deliverables, and performance outcomes.
- Negotiate fair compensation structures and partnership terms based on reach, niche relevance, and campaign objectives.
- Stay current on influencer marketing trends and emerging creators across relevant talent markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or talent partnerships, preferably within recruitment or brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content ecosystems (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience drafting partnership briefs, contracts, and content review feedback.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and campaign ROI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or HR tech.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and analytics platforms (Collabstr, Modash, Grin, etc.).
- Knowledge of performance-based influencer compensation models.
- Creative eye for storytelling, audience targeting, and campaign alignment.
