About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger and perform end-to-end month-end close activities, including preparation and posting of manual journal entries
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolve variances on a timely basis
Prepare internal management reports and monthly financial reporting packages for management review
Support the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Work closely with tax advisors on the preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns and other tax compliance matters as required
Assist in process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives, including automation of manual processes where possible
Support the clean-up and stabilisation of legacy accounting processes, ensuring proper documentation and controls are in place
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and financial reporting requirements, and maintain proper supporting documentation and controls for accounting processes
Support ad-hoc finance projects and initiatives assigned by the Financial Controller
Requirements
Chartered accountant experience - CPA / CA / ACCA is a MUST
A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the accounting and finance sector
Tech / MNC experience dealing with full PnL is a plus
Advanced excel skills and experience in NetSuite accounting systems
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
