Responsibilities
Operations Management, Data Analysis & System Building
Take full ownership of Locked Simple Earn product daily operations, ensuring stable product performance and user experience optimization
Build comprehensive growth operations systems covering standardized processes and quality control mechanisms for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
Establish data-driven decision frameworks, setting clear objectives, execution plans, and measurement criteria for every action, forming hypothesis-validation-iteration scientific work cycles
Deeply understand user needs and pain points, systematically transform user feedback into product improvement recommendations, establish and maintain core operational metrics monitoring systems
Conduct in-depth attribution analysis, scientifically identify effective strategies versus vanity metrics, establish business health assessment frameworks, and regularly provide professional growth analysis reports
Proactively identify inefficiencies in work processes, continuously optimize working methods and business processes, pursue excellence in work standards, and possess sharp user insights
Marketing Growth
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept to implementation, systematically driving business scale growth
Develop replicable marketing activity operation manuals, establish standardized processes for campaign planning, execution, and post-mortem analysis
Independently conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity identification, formulate differentiated competitive strategies and drive implementation
Comprehensively manage KOL partnerships, community activities, user incentives, and other diversified growth initiatives, establish external resource management systems
Handle marketing copywriting, campaign mechanism design, performance tracking, and attribution analysis, continuously optimize marketing ROI
Stakeholder Management & Business Development
Proactively build and maintain project partner networks, systematically manage partnership resources, precisely identify co-marketing opportunities
Write professional partnership proposals, present joint marketing campaign solutions with clear value propositions to project partners
Coordinate internal and external resource allocation, construct standardized cross-departmental collaboration workflows, ensure end-to-end management of cooperation projects from proposal to implementation
Effectively represent team interests in partnership negotiations, establish cooperation performance evaluation mechanisms, ensure clear ROI on resource investments
Requirements
Professional Background & Experience
Systematic Working Capability: Possess comprehensive operational methodologies and work systems, capable of establishing standardized workflows and quality control systems
Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on marketing or operations experience, complete project management capabilities, end-to-end operational experience from concept to implementation
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of crypto Earn/wealth management product mechanisms and user behavior, proficient in crypto community operation rules, keen insights into industry development trends

Nice to Have
Project Management & Scaling Experience: Experience building operational systems from 0 to 1, successfully constructed complete business processes and management systems; business development or partnership management experience, successfully managed large-scale projects with 200K+ users
Crypto Product Operations Background: Experience in staking/yield product operations or marketing, deep understanding and hands-on experience with crypto user decision journeys
Comprehensive Skills & Crisis Response: Proficient in utilizing new technology tools (AI collaboration tools, etc.) to improve work efficiency, strong data analysis capabilities; crisis management and emergency response experience, capable of rapidly formulating response strategies in unexpected situations
