Job Description
Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic and operational role responsible for supporting the execution of the company’s priorities, enabling alignment across functions, and ensuring effective follow-through on key initiatives.
The role acts as a central coordination point between the CEO and the leadership team, translating strategic direction into structured actions, tracking progress, and supporting decision-making processes.
As a close partner to the CEO, the Chief of Staff helps maximize leadership effectiveness by ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, communication is aligned, and initiatives are executed with discipline and visibility.
Hybrid work arrangement
This is a primarily remote position offering flexibility in your day-to-day work location. However, the role requires in-person presence at the Kaunas office during CEO visits (on average once per month) to ensure effective collaboration, alignment, and support during key meetings and activities.
Strategic Execution & Priority Management
- Support the CEO in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinated initiatives
- Track progress of key initiatives, KPIs, and organizational objectives
- Ensure visibility, accountability, and timely execution across functions
- Identify risks, delays, or misalignment and escalate where appropriate
Executive Support & Decision Facilitation
- Prepare presentations, reports, and structured analysis for CEO decision-making
- Support CEO in preparation for Board meetings and key external engagements
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for leadership discussions and strategic topics
Leadership Alignment & Communication
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and the leadership team
- Ensure clear communication of the CEO’s priorities, decisions, and expectations
- Facilitate leadership team meetings, manage agenda, follow-ups, and decision tracking
- Assist with internal communications on behalf of the CEO
Cross-functional Coordination & Operational Support
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and collaboration across departments.
- Monitor progress on key company initiatives and escalate risks or blockers to the CEO.
- Coordinate implementation of organizational changes or strategic initiatives to ensure alignment and effective delivery
Stakeholder & Project Support
- Support preparation of materials for executive stakeholders, including Board and senior leadership
- Represent the CEO in selected meetings when appropriate and ensure follow-up on outcomes
- Lead or coordinate selected cross-functional or strategic projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic discussions and CEO decision-making
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in consulting, project management, strategy, operations, or executive support roles.
Experience working closely with senior leadership teams.
Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured actions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
High level of ownership, accountability, and discretion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
