As a key partner to Commercial Leadership and senior management, you will position Biomapas as a forward-thinking, technology-enabled life sciences services provider and ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline and revenue.
Key areas of responsibility:
Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth
Personally drive and deliver marketing initiatives end-to-end (campaigns, content, digital)
Introduce and scale innovative, technology-driven marketing approaches, including AI and automation
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent, compelling messaging
Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline
Implement and operate marketing tools (automation platforms, CRM integration, AI tools)
Own and continuously optimize digital channels, including website and SEO
Develop thought leadership content and lead our LinkedIn presence
Establish KPIs and use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve performance
Build and gradually develop a small, high-performing marketing team
Manage external agencies and partners where needed
Proven experience in a senior, hands-on marketing role (not purely managerial)
Strong interest in and experience with innovation, digital transformation, and AI-driven marketing
Ability and willingness to execute independently in a lean team setup
Expertise in digital marketing, automation, and data-driven decision-making
Track record of driving pipeline growth and commercial impact
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in life sciences or B2B services is a strong advantage
