Established in 2004, we are a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company. Our core markets include Boston, the Bay Area, Boulder, San Diego, Seattle, New York Metro, and the United Kingdom. Some of our properties include Dexter Yard in Seattle, Seaport Science Center and Assembly Innovation Park in Boston/Somerville, and Gateway of Pacific in South San Francisco.
