Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical individual to join us as a Sales & Marketing Operations Executive, serving as a critical operational partner for our Retail Growth (Sales & Marketing) team. This role is the central hub for ensuring the smooth execution, financial control, and accurate reporting of all revenue-driving activities, responsible for turning raw data into actionableinsights and supporting high-velocity sales cycles across our diverse Europe and Asia teams.

You will work closely with various business units to ensure seamless operations for the entire team. This position is ideal for someone who has succeeded in a fast-paced, sales operational support role, preferably within the Tech or FinTech space, and has a strong interest in the crypto space.

Please note that this is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Affiliate Operations

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end process for all sales and marketing-related payments.
  • Take ownership of specialized affiliate follow-up, focusing specifically on paid affiliates
  • Manage the follow-up process for lead distribution, ensuring timely and effective allocation of leads among sales managers.

B. Reporting & Data Management

  • Own and produce all necessary recurring reports for the Marketing, Sales, VIP, Copy Trading, and Trading Bots teams.
  • Manage and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and operational usability for key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive weekly reports on team performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline health.

C. Cross-Functional Support & Planning

  • Support internal planning and reporting processes for the Growth team, including meticulous budget tracking.
  • Assist in the procurement process, manage expense submissions, and handle related operational activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth, end-to-end delivery of initiatives, from concept development to successful completion.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring high-level quality control and proper documentation across all projects.

Qualification

  • Between 4 - 6 years of proven track record in a sales support and operations role
  • Proven ability to manage and automate complex operational workflows for a sales function
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a second language is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in financial and reporting processes.
  • Expert-level command of Google Suite & Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for tracking leads and sales pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience managing and building dashboards in Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
