Your Purpose

Your mission is to be the creative engine of Bitsoโ€™s growth. You will live and breathe experimentation, focusing on finding and scaling clever, non-obvious ways to drive user acquisition and revenue. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-velocity experiments across the user journey, with a sharp focus on engineering viral loops, launching scrappy guerrilla campaigns, and optimizing revenue-driving tactics. This is a hands-on role for a results-obsessed marketer who loves being in the trenches, testing new ideas, and making a direct impact on the bottom line with lean resources.

Who You Are: A Natural Growth Hacker

  • A Creative & Scrappy Operator: You have 4+ years of hands-on experience in a growth marketing, user acquisition, or similar role, preferably in FinTech, crypto, or a high-growth B2C tech company.
  • Bilingual: Proven English and Spanish fluency.
  • Obsessed with Experimentation: Your default mode is to form a hypothesis, design a test, ship it, and analyze the results. You have a high tolerance for failure and view it as a learning opportunity to iterate toward success.
  • Viral Loop & Referral Expert: You have proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing referral programs and viral loops. You understand the mechanics and psychology behind what makes people share.
  • Revenue-Focused: You donโ€™t just acquire users; you acquire valuable users. You instinctively connect your growth initiatives to key business metrics like revenue per user, LTV, and payback period.
  • Guerrilla Tactics Instinct: You thrive on a challenge and don’t need a big budget to make a big splash. You’re full of unconventional ideas for community marketing, partnerships, and stunts that generate buzz and organic growth.
  • Data is Your Language: You are deeply analytical and comfortable diving into the data to find actionable insights and growth levers. You’re skilled with analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing tools.
  • Collaborative by Nature: You thrive in cross-functional settings, working seamlessly with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to turn insights into impactful growth strategies.
  • Partnership Builder: You have an eye for identifying and securing partnerships that unlock new growth opportunities, whether with communities, brands, or ecosystem players, and you know how to turn them into measurable results.

What You Will Do

  • Design & Execute Growth Experiments: Own the growth experimentation backlog from idea to execution. You will constantly be launching tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app messaging to improve key metrics.
  • Engineer Virality: Build and scale our user referral engine. You will be the primary owner of our referral program and will constantly work to improve its viral coefficient (k-factor).
  • Launch Guerrilla & Low-Budget Campaigns: Brainstorm and execute creative, low-cost marketing campaigns. This includes identifying and engaging with key communities, influencers, and partners to drive organic growth.
  • Discover Untapped Channels: Go beyond the obvious channels like paid search and social. Your job is to find, test, and validate new and emerging platforms to acquire users efficiently.
  • Analyze and Optimize the Funnel: Relentlessly analyze the user journey to identify points of friction and opportunity. You will implement solutions to improve activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Data Science, Product, and Marketing teams to design smarter experiments, leverage data-driven insights, and integrate growth strategies seamlessly into the product and user journey.
  • Identify & Execute Strategic Partnerships: Seek out, evaluate, and execute partnerships with communities, platforms, and organizations that can accelerate user acquisition, strengthen brand presence, and drive long-term growth.

  • Viral Coefficient (k-factor) & Referral-driven acquisitions
  • User Acquisition Growth (MoM)
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) & Payback Period
  • Revenue Per User & Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Experiment Velocity & Learnings documented
