We were founded in 2015 to provide a generative AI solution for tax research. Our platform gives tax professionals verifiable answers to complex tax questions and helps them draft communications quickly. We build it on a curated database of tax resources updated daily.

Our legal research team provides human oversight of our algorithms to maintain answer quality. The solution has a conversational interface that’s easy to use. We serve accounting firms of all sizes, from sole practitioners to national firms.

Initially, we developed an AI prediction engine for tax law cases, then branched into labor and employment law and business diagramming. In 2023, we launched our generative AI solution for tax research, which is now our primary product. We received Series D funding in August 2025. We operate in the Software Development industry, focusing on machine learning, legal technology, and tax law.

We offer 4 weeks of paid vacation annually, plus our company’s holiday closure and an extra 5 days for religious or culturally significant holidays not covered by statutory holidays. We also provide paid parental leave for parents of all genders.

To help our team connect, we organize regular company-wide events, including in-person gatherings for our North American team at least twice a year. We close the office for a holiday week of rest in December and have Summer Fridays where the office closes at 1 P.M. Employees also receive a birthday gift and a new laptop (Mac or PC choice).
