As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you will work in a young and energetic team. You’ll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience.
Supporting Boltโs users and helping them get the most out of our apps. Relying on Boltโs best practices as well as your common sense. Helping improve our processes and frameworks, interacting with counterparts in other Bolt markets. Being part of shaping an exceptional customer experience for our Ride-hailing and Delivery customers.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken You have a positive and hard-working attitude You have attention to details You are willing to work daytime You are willing to work Mon-Friday
