We were founded in 2013 as a venture capital firm focused on pre-seed and seed stage investments. We partner with founders to develop ideas into companies. Our investing team includes founders and operators who have started, scaled, and sold companies to Cisco, Instacart, and Medium. Our portfolio companies have reached a combined valuation of over $300 billion.

We offer many support services to our portfolio companies. We have in-house talent recruiters who help with early hires like engineers, designers, and product managers. This includes: dedicated talent partners, building candidate funnels, headcount planning, interview process support, free recruiting software access, and guidance on compensation frameworks. We’ve helped portfolio companies make over 175 hires. We also provide playbooks and 1:1 coaching for sales led by founders. For fundraising, we help refine pitch decks, develop stories, and make investor introductions.
