Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Corporate Finance Manager plays a key role in executing Bolt’s corporate finance strategy and supporting the growth of our Rentals vertical. In this role, you will help ensure the business has access to the capital required to scale, working on a range of strategic financing and corporate initiatives.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance, the Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for contributing to the execution of corporate finance strategies and ensuring the Rentals vertical has access to the capital it needs to grow.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of corporate finance initiatives including group capital raising, corporate restructuring, strategic projects and other complex/structured transactions.
  • Originating, structuring and executing asset finance transactions for the Rentals vertical, with a particular emphasis on helping support the expansion of Bolt Drive, our car-sharing business in Europe.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of fleet financing transactions as Deal Team Leader, acting as the interface between regional teams, country management, Corporate Finance and relevant stakeholder functions (tax, accounting, legal etc).

About you:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance and/or asset finance (ideally gained from a deals environment within an advisory firm, investment bank, leasing company or direct lender with a large vehicle financing book).
  • A proven track record of originating, structuring and executing finance transactions with a particular focus on the car leasing and/or transportation sectors.
  • Strong corporate finance capabilities including solid analytical, modelling and presentation skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High levels of energy and motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
