Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Coordination and negotiation of production planning activities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive production plan that is directly aligned with annual sales forecasts and business objectives.
- Operational management of production leveling and monitoring of KPIs to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee customer shipments and proactively manage bottlenecks to guarantee delivery targets are consistently met.
- Actively participate and contribute to critical industrialization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a temporary position for a planned duration of 10 months to cover a leave of absence.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar field.
- Experience: You have hands-on experience with production processes, quality tools, and the application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Know-how: You bring a solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office. Your skills include strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities, combined with excellent communication and teamwork.
- Languages: You are proficient in both spoken and written English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Working Style and Methods: You are a proactive problem-solver who can think both critically and creatively. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are willing to travel as required.
- Personality: You are a highly organized and resilient individual with a strong sense of ownership, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
