We are a member-driven cooperative founded in 1986. We provide technology solutions to over 1,500 electric and telecom members, helping them bring advanced technology to rural America.

We offer smart grid and utility solutions, like Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), demand management, and advanced analytics. We also provide broadband engineering, infrastructure, and managed network services. This includes everything from technology evaluation and business modeling to construction and daily operations, managing cloud storage, email servers, and security.

We provide mobile service solutions through a private label Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), letting members offer data and voice services without building their own wireless infrastructure. We also offer video solutions, end-customer technical support, cybersecurity, and revenue-generating services.

Our expertise includes broadband construction, network design, Viasat satellite internet, solar generation, energy storage, and internet managed services. We operate from eight office locations.
