Job Description
Are you a deeply technical Data Scientist who thrives on transforming complex data into intelligent, human-centric solutions? We are seeking an expert in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to redefine how we approach HR challenges. Here, you will apply cutting-edge AI developments to create tangible impact, moving beyond theoretical models to build applications that truly matter.
Your contribution to something big:
- Apply Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to solve practical HR challenges end-to-end;
- Design and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and modern optimization strategies;
- Analyze complex datasets using classical Data Science methods (e.g. clustering) to generate actionable insights;
- Select, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs (e.g. using LoRA) to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and quality;
- Assess AI models based on cost-per-token, performance, and intelligence to ensure sustainable solutions;
- Identify potential AI risks and pitfalls and proactively implement mitigation strategies, ensuring responsible and reliable AI usage.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with data-driven applications using Python;
- Proven experience in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning projects.
- Know-how:
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, sentence transformers, and optimization techniques;
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA);
- Solid foundation in classical Data Science methods;
- Awareness of current AI limitations, risks, and ethical considerations.
- Languages: Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- Working style and methods:
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented;
- Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
- Personality:
- Open, collaborative, and motivated to turn complex AI concepts into real value;
- Passionate about applying AI to human-centric use cases.
