Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Shape the future of sustainable energy solutions by contributing to the development and design of innovative hydraulic units, with a focus on fresh water and heat interface systems as well as pump stations.
Support the integration of products into complex hydraulic and thermal systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities for assemblies, products, and systems, and evaluate results to drive continuous improvement.
Take ownership of product maintenance activities in development, focusing on cost optimization, standardization, and quality enhancement.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams and work closely with product management and purchasing to bring solutions from concept to market.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable field.
Experience:
- Experience in the development and evaluation of hydraulic system components or comparable technical systems.
Know-how:
Solid knowledge of heating and thermal systems.
Understanding of complex hydraulic systems and their integration.
Languages:
- Very good English skills required.
Working Style and Methods:
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to manage tasks proactively and think in a cost- and value-driven way.
Personality:
Team-oriented communicator with a proactive mindset.
Motivated to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
