Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Support global PMO activities by coordinating meetings, events, and collaboration across international project teams;
- Maintain and continuously improve documentation and knowledge‑management systems (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams);
- Create communication and enablement materials such as presentations, meeting minutes, quick guides, FAQs, and community posts;
- Produce training and marketing videos using tools like Synthesia and HeyGen and coordinate related communication actions;
- Engage with stakeholders to support change management, communications, and overall project enablement activities;
- Contribute to ad‑hoc tasks within the PMO and communication environment.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience: Experience working in project management environments, communication functions, or digital content creation roles is an advantage.
- Know‑how:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.);
- Confidence working with digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, and MS Teams;
- Strong communication, content creation, and marketing skills — both written and visual.
- Languages: Very good verbal and written English skills (German is a plus).
- Working Style & Methods:
- Proactive and structured with strong organizational and time‑management abilities;
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment;
- Customer‑oriented mindset and comfortable working in a global, diverse team setup.
- Personality:
- Team‑player who enjoys working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams — both on‑site and virtual;
- Flexible and resilient, with a willingness to adapt to evolving project needs.
