Job Description
- Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards.
- Assist in the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks.
- Support the drafting of reports and compilation of documentation in accordance with Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021.
- Assist in end-to-end compliance investigations, including data collection, preliminary evidence reviews, and documentation organization.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Support the preparation and update of compliance training materials.
- Assist business units with the practical application of internal policies.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
Experience
- Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus.
- Experience in similar roles will be valued.
Know how
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
Languages
- English: fluent (written and spoken).
- Portuguese: fluent (preferred).
