Your Mission:
Over an intensive 12-24 months journey, you will rotate through the key areas of our HR organization in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of our business and the corresponding People strategy while building deep expertise in digital HR and people analytics.
You will work and own on high-impact projects, be mentored by senior HR leaders, and gain hands-on experience with latest technologies that are already redefining our industry.
What You Will Learn and Develop with Us:
Architect our Digital HR Ecosystem: You will shape the strategy and evolution of our HR technology landscape. Your mission is to leverage AI and automation not just to optimize processes, but to unlock new levels of organizational effectiveness and create a competitive advantage through talent.
Advise the Business with People Analytics: Translate complex people data into executive-level insights and strategic recommendations. You will leverage our advanced analytics stack (incl. Power BI, Tableau) to directly influence business decisions.
Design a Top Employee Experience: Lead strategic projects to shape the entire employee journey. You will apply agile principles and modern platforms to create a data-informed, human-centric workplace of the future.
Shape our Talent Strategy: Architect our global strategies for attracting and developing the talents of tomorrow, directly linking talent initiatives to business success.
Qualifications
A Strong Academic Foundation: A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
Digital Native: You are naturally curious and eager to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and contexts. Initial experience with Data analytics, and digitalization projects is a huge plus.
Business Acumen: A genuine interest in understanding how our business operates and a drive to connect HR initiatives to company goals.
Human-Centric Approach: High emotional intelligence, empathy, and outstanding communication skills. You are a “people person” who believes the ultimate purpose of technology is to enable people.
Ambition & Drive: You are a proactive self-starter with a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role. First practical experience through internships in HR or a related field is highly valued.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English is required, German at B2-level.
