As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job Description
► Responsibility: In our agile team, you are responsible for the further development of our product information management system (PIM).
► Implementation: You create detailed IT concepts in the area of PIM, MAM, product information syndication as well as for interfaces and you control the technical guidance of development with internal and external service providers. You also have system configuration and development tasks and are an expert on data models in the PIM / MAM area.
► Think holistically: You ensure the high quality of PIM, MAM and syndication solutions through authorization, user friendliness and performance.
► Cooperation: You are the contact person for the specialists, project managers, external development partners and internal central IT, and you align the requirements.
► Creativity: You recognize ideas for new or optimized solutions in the area of PIM / MAM and support the product owners when setting up the backlog.
Qualifications
► Personality: team-oriented and flexible
► Working method: structured, analytical thinking, conceptual and independent
► Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in the development, consulting and / or support of IT applications in the PIM / MAM area
► Know-how: Very good knowledge in the field of Product Information Management (PIM) and Media Asset Management (MAM), in-depth knowledge of data modelling (UML), Java (Script) and in dealing with common data formats such as XML, JSON
► Languages: Good written and spoken English, German is a plus
► Education: Completed degree with a focus on information technology or comparable qualifications”
