Job Description

Our division is responsible for driving regional product success across key trades and volume segments. By combining market insights, user understanding and strong product expertise, we shape competitive positioning, pricing and future product demand in close collaboration with global teams.

Your tasks:

►Gather regional market, user, dealer and competitor insights and translate them into product demand and pricing direction

►Contribute to product positioning, portfolio development and price segmentation for specific trades and volume segments

►Provide reliable volume forecasts and support successful new product launches

►Monitor regional business performance (market share, competitors, pricing) and derive improvement actions

►Collaborate closely with global product management and regional UXD to ensure market-driven product development

Qualifications

►Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

►Solid marketing and sales expertise, ideally within global or regional product marketing

►Good knowledge of UX principles and design thinking methodologies

►Fluent in spoken and written English
