Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Develop backend services and microservices supporting data processing, analytics and operational decision-making;
- Build, optimize and maintain real-time or micro-batch data pipelines;
- Design business logic and APIs exposed via scalable cloud-native services;
- Implement event-streaming solutions for high-throughput data ingestion;
- Continuously improve backend architectures, ensuring performance, reliability and maintainability within our Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
2. Experience:
- 3+ years of backend development using Go or Python (Flask, FastAPI or similar frameworks);
- Proven experience with REST APIs and microservice architectures;
- Practical experience with stream or micro‑batch processing environments;
- Significant contributor to modular or microservice-based application projects;
- Hands-on experience with event-streaming technologies such as MQTT or Kafka;
- Solid containerization understanding (Docker required; Kubernetes is a plus);
- 5+ years of experience working with algorithms, data structures or distributed systems.
3. Know-how:
- Strong understanding of cloud-native backend patterns, scalable data pipelines and distributed system challenges;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions and DevOps practices is a plus.
4. Languages: Good written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
5. Working Style and Methods:
- You work autonomously, pragmatically and with a strong problem-solving mindset;
- You enjoy optimizing systems and continuously improving technical architectures.
6. Personality:
- Collaborative, curious and eager to innovate in complex, data-driven environments;
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across diverse teams.
