Your Mission: Build the Market & Win New Business
In this role, you will play a key part in growing our presence in Poland by identifying new enterprise opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and transforming complex customer needs into high-value, long-term partnerships in the space of Software & Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by evaluating target segments/customers and actively growing a sales pipeline.
- Opportunity Creation: Build a strong understanding of the BGSW value proposition and translate it into customer-relevant value cases that convert into long-term opportunities.
- Strategic Prospecting & Partner Ecosystem: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking with local market partners in Poland/EU (channel partners, delivery partners, ecosystem players).
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across complex enterprise environments.
- Ownership of End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales processes, from discovery and solution positioning to negotiation and contract closure.
- Market Penetration & Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to create customer-focused value propositions, strengthen market messaging and catalogue alignment, and drive sustained sales growth.
- Customer Confidence Narrative (Nearshore): Promote nearshore delivery capabilities and communicate delivery readiness to strategic customers.
- Forecasting, Measurement & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in CRM systems.
Success Metrics:
- Pipeline growth and new customer acquisition
- Revenue and booking targets
- Forecast accuracy and sales conversion rates
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in IT or Business related fields
- Proactive and results-driven approach: You enjoy building from scratch—prospecting, opening new accounts, and consistently driving pipeline and outcomes in a target market.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in technology/services environments.
- Proven track record of large/enterprise deals and growing enterprise accounts within Europe
- Sales Expertise: Experience in managing complex consultative sales cycles (discovery → stakeholder engagement → proposal → negotiation → close).
- Partner / Ecosystem Acceleration: Experience in building and working with channel or ecosystem partners to accelerate pipeline.
- Nearshore/Offshore Delivery Selling: Understanding of nearshore/offshore delivery models and articulating delivery governance and readiness.
- Industry Know-How: Solid Industry exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent Polish and English; German or another European language is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks.
- Experience introducing new/early‑stage offerings to market and scaling them.
- Experience building and monetizing partner ecosystems and co‑selling motions
