Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Plan Technical Risk Analysis (TRA) activities together with the project leader by defining the appropriate FMEA type, scope, topics, and interfaces based on key documentation;
- Identify the required team members for FMEA sessions, ensuring capacity for project plan;
- Moderate FMEA sessions;
- Provide lists of open actions in a timely manner to project stakeholders such as the Project Leader, Product Owner, Change Representative, or Agile Master;
- Track FMEA open actions together with the project team according to the project timeline, escalating to PjM if the scope and goals of FMEA are in jeopardy;
- Ensure proper preparation of participants before FMEA sessions;
- Prepare and guide FMEA results in review meetings (e.g. LMR, LW);
- Create and maintain FMEA documentation required for release according to HCCD 00004;
- Contribute actively to the network of FMEA moderators, sharing experience and continuously improving the methodology.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable engineering field.
Experience: Experience in technical risk management, quality engineering, or product development is an advantage.
Know-how:
- Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodology;
- Experience with FMEA software tools (IQ-RM preferred);
- Moderation techniques (e.g., questioning techniques, visualization, feedback);
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Reliable and clear communication with FMEA participants and executives.
Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese.
Working Style and Methods: Structured, organized, and process-oriented approach with strong planning skills.
Personality: Reliable communicator with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and facilitate technical discussions.
