We’re looking for a data-savvy, commercially astute Junior Category Executive to manage our Frozen & Ice Cream categories. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to
translate data insights into actionable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Assortment Management & Optimization
• Maintain high-quality product selection optimized for store capacity through SQL, Excel, and Tableau analysis, reducing non-moving items against category targets.
• Maximize store capacity utilization and SKU productivity by monitoring sales velocity, stock turn, and contribution metrics.
Commercial Planning & Vendor Management
• Build and execute annual commercial plans with brand partners, sourcing ad hoc budgets to achieve monetization revenue targets
Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns, providing pre- and post-campaign analysis to internal stakeholders and brand partners
• Generate regular category performance reports with actionable insights on key metrics and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency
• Strong SQL, Advanced Excel, and Tableau skills – ability to write complex queries, build dashboards if needed, and translate large datasets into business insights
• Proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, and analytical tools for assortment and performance analysis
Commercial Acumen
• Strong commercial intellect with understanding of retail economics, margins, P&L impact, and ability to build business cases
• Experience with marketing mechanics and vendor negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field with 1-3 years of experience in category management, retail analytics, or e-commerce
• Prior exposure to FMCG, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred; experience with frozen categories is a plus

• Improved ads achievement, reduced non-moving inventory, and data-driven insights that drive measurable business impact
