Job Description
Centric Software is looking for a (Senior) Technical Architect to join our growing planning team in France. This is a remote role, based within France. The successful candidate should provide solution and technical skills in a fast-moving environment. You will need to be a leader, quick thinking and driven to provide planning solutions that deliver value to our clients. You will be working directly with our clients, internal and external partners to lead the technical design and configuration requirements to provide best practice planning architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and drive positive outcomes on complex solutions.
- Develop and document clear technical models to meet client needs.
- Identify, delegate, and perform project-related tasks, including software installation, configuration, deployment training, and support.
- Draft documents (blueprints) defining the integration between planning and third-party systems.
- Ensure or participate in the integration between planning and other internal modules and third-party systems.
- Oversee and mentor consultants during solution delivery.
- Assist in sizing and implementing simple or complex architectures.
- Bridge R&D and customer services for architecture-related issues, third-party integrations, and advanced configuration.
- Promote best practices for configuring planning tools.
- Suggest functionalities for future solutions, methodologies, and standard customizations.
- Follow software quality engineering procedures.
- Achieve customer goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server).
- Understanding of retail business processes and industry issues at strategic and operational levels.
- Experience with planning tools and business implementations.
- Strong autonomy, seniority, and a passion for innovative technologies and challenges.
- Ability to contribute to a growing company and showcase your talent.
- Fluent in both French and English.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server).
- Experience in Azure architecture, deployment, and optimization.
- Knowledge of major ERP software modules.
- Proficiency in Power BI (dataset modeling and dashboard design).
