Founded in 2020, we are a staffing and recruiting company focused exclusively on the non-profit sector. Our team has decades of experience as fundraisers for charities, and we help organizations of all sizes find talent, from front-line fundraisers to senior leaders and executives.

We offer executive search, support for building mission-driven teams, and succession planning. We also provide board training on fundraising, growth strategies, and governance. Our approach prioritizes candidates who are committed to making a difference, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission.

We report a 98% placement rate and a 92% retention rate. Our consultants work with 3-4 clients at a time, providing personalized service to meet each organization’s specific needs.

Our roles include Co-Founder, President & CEO; Co-Founder & COO; VP, Talent Strategy; Director, Client Experience; Senior Search Consultant; Talent Recruitment Manager; and Project Manager. Our team members are experienced non-profit professionals from diverse backgrounds.
