About Stronger Consulting
We are a Latinx-founded consulting firm established in 2016. We partner with school systems, nonprofits, and foundations across the country to support young people and communities. Since our founding, we’ve worked with over 75 organizations.
We offer services across four main areas:
- Talent & Leadership: executive search, leadership coaching, staff planning, succession strategy, talent acquisition, anti-bias candidate assessment
- Strategic Planning & Academics: long-term planning, instructional strategy, OKR/KPI implementation
- Programs & Student Success: SEL, mental health, postsecondary pathways, afterschool design, program design and evaluation
- Fundraising & Sustainability: fund development, financial modeling, executive transition planning, grantwriting, board development
We also provide Strategic Advisory Services and launched the Stronger Select Membership in 2024. This membership offers expert coaching, development support, and priority access to our recruitment services. We aim to help organizations become more inclusive and equity-focused by focusing on predictable revenue, effective leaders, reliable operating systems, clear programs, and data-driven decisions.
