About the role
The Senior Digital Creative Project Manager is a highly organised, detail‑driven professional with exceptional project management and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Digital Content and collaborating closely with channel leads, you will oversee the full lifecycle of digital asset production across the entire Digital function. This includes coordinating workflows between the Digital Design team, copywriters, and the Translations team to ensure every asset is created, approved, and delivered on time.
As the central point of contact for Digital Design, Translations, and the Digital Content Manager, you will ensure all teams have the content, clarity, and support they need to deliver high‑quality digital outputs efficiently and consistently.
As a Senior Digital Creative Project Manager you will
- Lead the digital project management function, overseeing end-to-end creation of digital content across all channels and markets, ensuring delivery is on time, digital-first and aligned to brief.
- Act as the CPA lead for all campaigns, brand moments and digital activations, ensuring cross-channel visibility, alignment and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Own and evolve the Digital CPA framework, aligning timelines across Digital team to create a standardised campaign cadence and improve cross-functional ways of working.
- Use Monday.com as the single source of truth for CPA tracking, implementing automation and AI functionality to improve deadline forecasting, risk identification and reporting.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for digital content produced through the internal creative agency, localisation team, digital design and copy teams, freelance partners and translators.
- Drive a best-in-class operational model, establishing streamlined briefing, approval and delivery processes to increase efficiency from brief through to go-live and optimisation.
- Lead and develop the Translations team, setting clear SLAs, prioritisation frameworks and scalable localisation workflows across markets.
- Monitor and forecast creative and translations budgets, tracking spend by campaign and market and identifying cost efficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
- Oversee all creative approvals at SLT level, ensuring work meets brand, quality and strategic standards.
- Lead and develop the PMO capability within Digital, building a high-performing and collaborative project management function.
About you
- 4+ years of experience in digital project management, including translations or localisation project management either in-house or agency side.
- Experience working within a fast-paced digital business managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with experience using workflow platforms (e.g. Monday.com).
- Experience implementing process improvements, automation or AI-enabled workflows within project management systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing or monitoring budgets, ideally across creative production and localisation.
- Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders to shared timelines and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Comfortable working in a continually adapting environment with shifting deadlines.
- Genuine, patient, adaptable, enthusiastic and positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
