We are a membership network and community platform for ambitious women executives, established in 2019. We create possibilities for women’s power by providing members with tools, a network, and a space to do business and create change.

We offer access to exclusive Clubhouses, Guides and Executive Coaches, training from the Wharton School of Business, annual summits, and industry events. Members also participate in Core Groups and a vetted community.

Our members include 44% C-Suite executives, representing over 10,000 companies, including 67% of the Fortune 100. A survey conducted by The Harris Poll (September 18 – October 2, 2025) on our behalf showed that women accomplish 50% more when collaborating with other women. The survey also found that 83% of women agree the career playbook they were handed 20 years ago is obsolete, and 94% agree that being around other ambitious women leaders fuels their own ambition.

Our mission is to create more possibilities for women’s power and to connect and support women in executive leadership positions.

We believe women are as ambitious as ever, that leadership today is non-linear, that connections between powerful women unlock possibilities, and that multihyphenate women are rewriting the rules of leadership for the next generation. We get strength from diversity, knowing each new perspective contributes to our collective power.

Our team has 51-200 employees. We have a mission-driven culture focused on inclusion and belonging, where everyone is valued and heard.

Our culture is supported by Team Member Collectives (Employee Resource Groups) such as the API Collective, Black Collective, Early in Career Collective, First Gen Collective, Jewish Collective, Latinx Collective, LGBTQIA+ Collective, and Neurodiverse Collective. These groups help us create an equitable workplace.
