About Chief
We are a membership network and community platform for ambitious women executives, established in 2019. We create possibilities for women’s power by providing members with tools, a network, and a space to do business and create change.
We offer access to exclusive Clubhouses, Guides and Executive Coaches, training from the Wharton School of Business, annual summits, and industry events. Members also participate in Core Groups and a vetted community.
Our members include 44% C-Suite executives, representing over 10,000 companies, including 67% of the Fortune 100. A survey conducted by The Harris Poll (September 18 – October 2, 2025) on our behalf showed that women accomplish 50% more when collaborating with other women. The survey also found that 83% of women agree the career playbook they were handed 20 years ago is obsolete, and 94% agree that being around other ambitious women leaders fuels their own ambition.
