We also manage post-acquisition integration, leading the onboarding of acquired firms. This includes managing transitions in organizational structure, culture, technology, and client service. We design integration frameworks, manage Day 1 readiness, and oversee 30/60/90-day plans. Our goal is to create repeatable integration playbooks for consistent employee and client retention, growth, and cultural alignment.

For technology, we design, optimize, and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for enterprise reporting and analytics. This includes data aggregation and reporting using platforms like Black Diamond. We also enhance and expand Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions with business teams. Additionally, we build low-code automations with Power Platform and explore AI tools to streamline internal processes and improve the client experience. We drive firm-wide growth by using AI, data analytics, and strategic experimentation to find and scale new opportunities, boost performance, and strengthen client engagement.
