Job Title: System & Networking Administrator Intern
Job Location: 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094

Job Overview:
The intern will support our IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams. This intern will gain hands-on experience across enterprise systems, device management, and IT governance while contributing to real-world audits and operational improvements that support the organization at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with auditing virtual machines (VMs) and cloud resources to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance
- Support audits of Intune-managed devices, NinjaOne-managed devices, and Apple devices managed through Kandji
- Review and validate device inventories for the Support Center and corporate environments
- Assist in auditing users, groups, and access controls within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Support SharePoint audits including site ownership, permissions, and usage
- Review and help identify policy conflicts across Intune, Iru, and Ninja device management platforms
- Assist with software and license audits, including Switchvox licensing
- Support physical infrastructure tasks such as port and cable labeling in the switch room
- Document findings, gaps, and recommendations from audits and assist with remediation tracking
- Remediate YTG items that aren’t completed
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams on ongoing operational initiatives

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college is a plus, especially with a major in IT, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Interest in information technology, systems administration, or cybersecurity
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as device management, user access, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, or endpoint management tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow technical processes and document findings clearly
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and taking direction

- Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
