The staring hourly rate for this role is between $16.83 to $21.15
This is a temporary assignment with an estimated end date in mid-April.
Interested applicants must be willing and able to work onsite minimum 4 times per week in our Melbourne, FL office.

The Job
The Marketing Support Specialist assists marketing managers and executives with tasks, meetings, projects, strategies, and campaigns. Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, the Marketing Support Specialist also possesses excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong communication and organizational skills. The Marketing Support Specialist is a detail-oriented, team player who is creative, proactive, and able to meet all deadlines.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop high quality content strategies and content to drive audience engagement.
- Work with internal employees and contractors to create marketing programs (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) that articulate the differentiators of our products
- Understand key personas and help develop the prospect journey for each segment
- Understand and support the sales channel(s) leaders as it relates to product positioning, messaging and general cross-functional marketing support
- Support and oversee content and content partnerships for the Medi-Share blog, Medi-Share education resource center
- Development and management of cross-department marketing and sales materials
- Oversee and support with member testimonials
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of the Ministry’s Christian beliefs
- All other duties as assigned
