We are a SaaS company focused on providing AI-driven HR and business solutions for the Philippines. Founded in 2015, we have grown to serve over 1,800 clients across various industries and are a leader in the BPO market. We offer a suite of backend solutions designed to address end-to-end HR challenges, including those related to hybrid work models.

Our Sprout Ecosystem is a comprehensive cloud-based People Platform that enables companies to manage HR functions in one place. It has an employee user interface and an open API for data leverage. The platform also provides analytics for company-wide decision-making. Our solutions include AI-enhanced Core HR, comprehensive Talent Management, and Employee Engagement & Retention tools. Specific products and initiatives include Sprout HR, Sprout Payroll, Insight, our HR Mobile App, Instacash (for immediate financial support), Pulse and Wellness (for engagement and well-being), Performance+ and Recruitment, Sprout Concierge (our AI company assistant), Recruit+ and Manatal (applicant tracking systems), Peoplebox (performance and learning), Smile Checks (employment verification), and BenchMark (salary benchmarking).

We have expanded our presence across Southeast Asia, launching Sprout Thailand in 2024. In 2023, we secured $10.7M in Series B funding and acquired Aiah, establishing Sprout AI Labs. Further acquisitions in 2024 include JustPayroll Philippines and GainPlus Solutions. We cater to leading industries such as BPO, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.

We offer full-time employment with a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement typically requires employees to report to our office in Mandaluyong City 6-8 times per month.
