We were founded in 2018, building software for the last mile delivery industry. Our focus is on route planning, logistics, and delivery management.

We develop software solutions for last mile delivery, including:

• Spoke Route Planner: A driver app for uploading stops, optimizing delivery routes, and navigation.
• Spoke Dispatch: A delivery management platform for dispatchers, drivers, retailers, and recipients. It handles multi-driver route planning, tracks progress, and collects proof of delivery. We are expanding this tool to enterprise customers.
• Spoke Connect: A marketplace connecting retailers with local delivery dispatch teams.

Our mission is to make last mile delivery faster, easier, and less stressful for retailers, couriers, drivers, and recipients.

We are a fully remote, independent, and profitable company with 11-50 employees. Our engineering culture is autonomous, favoring asynchronous communication and minimal meetings. We focus on quality, impact, and end-to-end ownership.

Our diverse team is distributed across Europe, South America, and North America, working within UTC-5 to UTC+2 time zones. We collaborate closely with product managers and designers, fostering an environment where team members balance speed, quality, and complexity with high autonomy.

We offer fully remote work for team members located in UTC-5 to UTC+2 time zones.

Our compensation includes:

• Salary
• Equity options for all employees (vesting over 5 years after 1 year of service)
• An annual company performance bonus, paid in January (pro-rated to your start date)
