Position Overview:

The Director of Real Estate Product Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive the success, growth, and market penetration of our real estate courses. This role requires deep understanding of the market, customers, competition and product positioning to ensure alignment between product offerings and business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive product marketing strategies that support business goals and maximize product adoption and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to guide product positioning and messaging.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage customers, collect feedback, and incorporate insights into product and marketing plans.
  • Product Positioning: Define and refine product value propositions, messaging frameworks and differentiation strategies to ensure our courses stand out in the real estate learning marketplace.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, sales, brand marketing, creative team and others to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, including product launches and messaging.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and marketing products using strong product positioning and messaging
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and creative skills.
  • Market research and analysis capabilities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
