BenchPrep was founded in 2010 to provide a digital learning platform and LMS software. We work with professional associations, credentialing bodies, and training companies.

Our platform helps with exam preparation, practice, certification training, continuing education, and microcredentials. We aim to prepare learners for certification exams and support ongoing professional development. Key features include content management, personalized learning paths, and real-time data insights that clients use to improve content and make decisions.

More than 10 million learners have used our platform. Our clients include organizations like ACT, AAMC, CFA Institute, CompTIA, GMAC, ISACA, PMI, ASCM, AIA, Institute for Supply Management, Richardson, ALS Association, McGraw Hill Education, ACFE, HRCI, NCBE, ABEM, NCEES, and OnCourse Learning.

We have between 51 and 200 employees. We are a remote-first company, but we meet in person during annual ‘Together Weeks’. We work in a fast-paced environment.

We cover 80% of medical insurance premiums for employees and their dependents. We also offer dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.

We offer a 401(K) with a 3% Safe Harbor Non-Elective Contribution. Employees get Flex PTO, Wellness Days, Birthday PTO, Winter Break, and company holidays.

We provide an annual learning stipend of $1,200 and parental leave. New hires receive $500 for workstation setup and a monthly stipend for other expenses. As a remote-first company, we organize annual ‘Together Weeks’ for in-person collaboration.
